By using the website, applying for a strategy call, or engaging AdsDroid, you agree to these terms and any written service agreement, proposal, or invoice terms that apply to your engagement.
Our service
AdsDroid provides managed Amazon Ads services for publishers. The precise scope, pricing, start date, minimum commitment, and any additional terms are agreed in writing for each client. We may use proprietary tools and qualified personnel to research, create, monitor, optimise, and report on advertising activity.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, pricing, and availability of your books, listings, creative, and advertising account. You must maintain the permissions and account access needed for us to provide the agreed service, comply with Amazon and other applicable platform policies, and provide accurate information when making decisions about budget and strategy.
No performance guarantee
Advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including book quality, reviews, product-detail-page conversion, pricing, royalty margins, competition, platform changes, seasonality, and wider market conditions. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, sales, revenue, ACoS, return on ad spend, or profitability. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
Fees and payments
Fees and payment timing are set out in the applicable written agreement or invoice. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping billing information current. We may suspend or end services for materially overdue payments, subject to any agreement that applies to your engagement.
Website and intellectual property
The website, brand, materials, and proprietary tools are owned by or licensed to AdsDroid and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the public website for lawful, personal, and business-evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or use our materials or systems to build or support a competing service without written permission.
Third-party services
The website and service may link to or use third-party platforms, including Amazon, Stripe, Tally, Cal.com, YouTube, and FirstPromoter. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability, policies, algorithms, reporting, or actions.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsDroid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional limits or remedies in a written client agreement apply to that agreement.
